Return Policy

Return Policy and Deadline: Within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods, if the goods have quality issues (such as damage, malfunction, or discrepancy from the description) or delivery errors (incorrect model/color/quantity), you can apply for a return. We will cover the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for a replacement.

If you are returning goods due to personal preference, size discrepancies, or other non-quality issues, you must ensure the goods are unused and undamaged, and the packaging and accessories (such as labels, instructions, gifts, etc.) are complete and undamaged. You must submit your application within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

The following items are not eligible for return: intimate apparel (such as towels, socks, etc.), customized items, perishable goods (such as some snacks and fresh produce), and opened cosmetics and personal care products.

Return Process:

Submit an Application: Log in to skimetro.com, go to the "My Orders" page, select the order you wish to return, click "Apply for Return," fill in the reason for return, upload photos of the product issue (if any), and submit. Wait for customer service review.

Review and Confirmation: Customer service will complete the review within 1-3 business days. Once approved, the return address and return instructions will be sent via email.

Returning the Goods: Please return the goods and related accessories to the designated address within 7 calendar days of receiving the return notification, and fill in the return tracking number in "My Orders".

Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 3-5 business days. Once the inspection is successful, we will refund the purchase price according to your original payment method. If there are any issues with the goods, the return shipping cost will also be refunded.

Important Notes:

Please be sure to return the goods, packaging, accessories, and any gifts together. Missing items may result in the return request being rejected.

If the goods are damaged or soiled due to your personal reasons, or if the return period has expired, we will be unable to process your return.
